We are looking for

Finance officer

at one of our locations in Mionica, Serbia

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative automotive environment:

• Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices

• Posting of RSD and foreign currency bank statements

• Independent posting of all business transactions and documentation control

• Fixed assets ledger control

• Providing necessary elements for accurate financial data analysis

• Support to operational staff in analyzing and optimizing their results

• Entry of fixed assets, calculation of depreciation, entry and posting of small inventory

• Coordination of all tasks within the accounting department

• Preparation of payroll and other personal income calculations, sick leave, and travel allowances

• Control, monitoring, and correction of all automatically posted documents (payroll control, monthly depreciation calculation, inventory and production status control)

• Establishing procedures within the e-invoice system in accordance with general acts on electronic business

• Monitoring credit operations in line with the company’s business policy

• Monitoring and application of legal and internal regulations in the field of accounting and participation in improving ongoing accounting processes

• Monitoring legal regulations in the field of accounting and finance

• Cooperation with banks, tax authorities, and other state institutions

• Electronic payments, RSD and foreign currency, payment operations

• Preparation and processing of year-end inventory lists

• Monthly reconciliation of ledgers, alignment of payables and receivables with suppliers and customers

• Knowledge of production processes (advantage)

• Relevant work experience in the same or similar positions

• College/university degree in economics

• Knowledge of SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel

• Excellent computer skills and experience with accounting software

• Ability to meet deadlines, accuracy, and responsibility

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Knowledge of English (advantage)

• Ability to show initiative and be proactive in finding the best solutions within your area of work
