We are looking for

Global Commodity Manager

at one of our locations in Hungary - (Budaörs)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Leading the responsible commodity function

• Responsible for development of defined commodity function

• Leading global defined commodity by KPI’s and secure to achieve the procurement targets

• Responsible for the development of  defined commodity procurement strategies based on the agreed goals

• Global cost reduction for responsible procurement spend

• Development and implementation of commercial ratio projects

• Responsible and manage strategic procurement across the defined commodity procurement spend

• Ensure enough needed capacity at responsible suppliers for Voltaira needs (one voice)

• Supplier reduction based on commodity strategy

• Contract management with supplier

• Award of new business

• Data maintanance supported by Associated Buyer

  Principal Activities

• Break down of the defined and agreed of mid-term (3 Years) and long-term (5 Years) of strategy goals and objectives into the responsible Commodity Procurement tasks with clear actions, responsibilities and due

  dates to ensure the implementation of the goals and objectives

• Managing the global responsible commodity within the Voltaira PUR organization by meas of approved KPI's

• Development of global commodity strategies in cooperation with regional procurement

• Investigation and monitoring trends for responsible commodities

• Price negotiations on a regular base for operating business according to the standard operation procedures (SOP's)

• Supplier management and development on defined supplier panel (SSC)

• Escalation management

• Develop "Awarding design" and bundling with final negotiation / awarding of new parts with procurement project managers

• Supplier evaluation

•        Master’s Degree

  -Business Administration or Engineering or Project Management or equivalent Education / Background

   

  Knowledge and Experience

• Global Automotive very strong

• Procurement very strong

• English: very strong
