We are looking for

Head of Commodity Procurement in Eastern Europe

at one of our locations in Hungary - (Budaörs)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Responsible for leading the regional Commodity Procurement function (without logistics procurement) within One Mobility EMEA aligned within global Commodity Procurement

• Responsible for development of the regional Commodity Procurement organisation within global Commodity Procurement

• Leading regional Commodity Procurement by KPI’s and secure to achieve the purchasing targets

• Responsible for the development of regional Commodity Procurement strategies based on the agreed goals within global Commodity Procurement

• Development, continious improvement and documentation of processes, standards and systems within regional Commodity Procurement aligned with global Commodity Procurement

• Responsible and manage strategic of regional Commodity Procurement across the entire procurement spend within global Global Procurement

• Digitalization of Commodity Procurement processes aligned within global Commodity Procurement

• Break down of the defined and agreed of mid-term (3 Years) and long-term (5 Years) of strategy goals and objectives into Commodity Procurement tasks with clear actions, responsibilities and due dates to ensure the implementation of the goals and objective

• Leader of regional Commodity Procurement within One Mobility

• Development and empowerment of procurement employees to ensure that mid – and long-term goals and objectives will be achieved by the regional Commodity Procurement Team

• Break down of the agreed Procurement Vision and Mission with clear actions, responsibilities and due dates to ensure the implementation

• Development of regional commodity group strategies in cooperation with One Mobility within global Commodity Procurement

• Proper reporting of the procurement results and development to Head of Commodity Procurement

• Escalation management

• Supplier management and development on defined supplier panel (SSC)

• Implementation, execution and Digitalization of robust procurement processes for entired responsibility

• Control and management of regional Commodity Procurement budget in terms of head count and spend

• Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Project Management or equivalent Education / Background

• Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• In-depth knowledge of the global automotive market

• Outstanding communication skills

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams

• Proven leadership experience

• Strong process orientation with advanced analytical skills
