We are looking for

Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator

at one of our locations in Cd. Júarez Chihuahua

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative automotive environment:

• • Design, develop, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, etc.).

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective integration of management systems across the organization.

  Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

  • Regularly review and update IMS documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes and organizational needs.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects aimed at optimizing processes and practices.

  Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure that all company activities comply with applicable local and international regulations.

  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  Training and Awareness

  • Develop and coordinate IMS training and awareness programs for all employees.

  • Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, health, and environmental stewardship.

  Documentation and Records Management

  • Maintain and manage IMS documentation, ensuring its availability and accessibility for all employees.

  • Control management system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency.

  Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports on IMS performance.

  • Present performance results and metrics to senior management, recommending actions for continuous improvement.

  Risk Management

  • Identify and assess risks associated with management systems and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate the implementation of contingency and emergency response plans.

  Additional Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply the company's various policies.

  • Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

   

• Experience in the maquiladora/manufacturing industry with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001), and/or Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001).

Experience with national legislation related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and related regulations
