We are looking for

Quality engineer

at one of our locations in Europe - in Czech Republic

Your tasks:

• Managing a small quality team in the production of the assigned section

• Collaborating on the development and validation of production processes, as well as the implementation of product and process changes

• Systematically reducing risks and costs in production, collaborating on error prevention

• Resolving non-conformities arising internally or externally with customers, supporting other departments

• Creating quality documentation for process control, working with the customer portal

• Participating in project meetings, P-FMEA sessions, and audits

• Regular reporting to management

• High school or college degree in a technical field is a plus

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer quality position in the automotive industry

• Good command of spoken and written Czech and English; German is a plus

• Knowledge of quality management systems according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA requirements, and specific customer requirements

• Knowledge of quality management tools: Core Tools, production control plans, SPC, root cause analysis, etc.

• Very good understanding of technical drawings

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong focus on results and teamwork

• IT skills/knowledge: MS Office, ERP systems, OEM customer portals

• Driver’s license: Class B
