Job description

  1. Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for IQS-related topics, offering timely assistance and problem resolution.

  • Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) in the development and facilitation of FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans, PPAP, customer and supplier complaints, and measurement equipment management, ensuring smooth implementation in new projects.

  • Participate in audits and customer visits, supporting Quality Managers and plant personnel.

  • Correct data errors and ensure accurate data entry within the IQS system.

  • Configure, adjust, and manage the IQS system to meet global and plant-specific requirements.

  • Administer and maintain IQS user accounts within the plant.

  • Act as the main point of contact with the Global IQS Key User.

2. Training and Development

  • Conduct training sessions for team members across the different IQS modules.

  • Provide ongoing support and development to plant IQS users to enhance their capabilities.

3. Implementation and Coordination

  • Lead the implementation of IQS modules and related tools at the plant.

  • Test plant processes prior to deploying major IQS and cloud/server system updates, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Implement the Global IQS plan locally, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

  • Collaborate with end users to coordinate IQS activities across multiple modules.

  • Track the implementation of IQS modules and standardize processes for new and ongoing projects.

4. Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor IQS activities and action plans, tracking and reporting key progress.

  • Conduct regular audits of plant processes implemented within IQS.

  • Ensure proper and effective IQS implementation at the plant, aligned with global standards.

5. Communication and Liaison

  • Maintain effective communication with the Global IQS Key User and all related groups.

  • Coordinate and communicate IQS-related activities with plant teams and management.

 

Job requirements

3–5 years of experience in Quality Systems (Quality Core Tools), Process Engineering, or related areas.

Experience with IQS or other CAQ systems (training will be provided if required).

Certifications in Quality Systems (Quality Core Tools, Six Sigma, Lean).

Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
