We are looking for

Account Manager (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Germany - Rülzheim

Your tasks:

• Point of contact for our OEM and Tier 1 customers on quality-related issues

• Handling customer complaints (8D reports, root cause analysis, follow-up measures)

• Conducting and documenting internal and external audits

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes

• Working closely with production, development, and suppliers

• Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar

• Initial professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry desirable

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, and common quality tools

• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and assertiveness

• Good German and English skills
