We are looking for

NPM Procurement Buyer

for Onemobility Shanghai at Songjiang area

Your tasks:

1. Purchasing Request, Purchasing Order´s and Price Change process management based on given rules if applicable 

2. Monitoring and tracking of special orders in quantity and time

3. Invoice checking and handling

4. Creation and maintenance of Master data in ERP-Systems à Betti (e.g. SAP)  and procurement tools (e.g. Ivoflow Qlik, Action List)

5. RFQ Management based on given rules (e.g. Process & tracking, checking for completeness, creating initial quotation comparison based on specified standards, benchmarks)

6. Support and manage global NPM strategy be implemented in China region (Machine, MRO, Service)

7. Support to optimize NPM procurement process

8. Document exchange with supplier (e.g, Specifications, Drawings etc.)

9. Supplier and internal communication

10. General Procurement office organization (Filing, appointment planning, organization of business travel and meetings, general correspondence with suppliers,..)

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent business knowledge

2. At least 3 years of functional business experiences in procurement

3. Be familiar with global matrix organization

4. Be able to make the PUR plan according with the actual demand and the raw materials’ lead/time.

5. Good negotiation skill and coordination ability.

6. Great logic idea and sensitive to data.

7. Very strong in English listening、speaking、reading and writing.
