We are looking for

Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), Hungary (Budaörs)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for “Compliance” in accordance with customer specific expectations and act as point of contact for the customer

• Comply with customer requests about ESG

• Governance responsible for Risk management. Integrate risk management into governance and operation

• Develop and maintain a global Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000 and

  automotive expectations (including IATF 16949 and OEM requirements).

• Lead periodic global and regional risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register.

• Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with senior leadership.

• Present consolidated risk reports to top management.

• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation across all business functions:

  • Operational & Manufacturing Risk Control

  • Quality & Customer Risk Oversight

  • Supply Chain & Purchasing Risk Management

  • Project, Engineering & Innovation Risk

  • Financial, Controlling & Internal Controls Risk

  • Financial, Controlling & Internal Controls Risk

  • HR, Facility & Organizational Risk

  • Strategic & Executive Support

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, Finance, or related field

• Training and experience in ISO 31000; ISO 9001; IATF16949

• English and German proficiency

• Automotive experience (5 years)

• Manufacturing experience (3 years)

• Experience in Quality Function (3 years)

• Critical and analytical thinking, proactivity
