We are looking for

Senior HR data Analyst

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen) or Hungary (Budaörs)

We are expanding and seeking for an HR Data & Analytics Expert to build and lead our global HR analytics capability, transforming HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role will establish reporting frameworks, develop workforce analytics, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to strengthen data-driven people management across the organization.

Your tasks:

  • Design and manage the global HR analytics and reporting framework, including HR KPIs, dashboards, data models, and governance processes across all locations.

  • Develop and maintain workforce analytics such as headcount reporting, turnover, productivity, workforce planning, and cost per employee to support strategic decision-making.

  • Partner closely with HR, Controlling, Finance, IT, and ESG teams to collect, validate, and centralize HR data from SAP HCM and other systems while ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.

  • Provide analytics and reporting for strategic topics such as staff cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting, ESG reporting, and gender pay gap reporting in line with EU pay transparency requirements.

  • Build scalable data models and automated dashboards using BI tools, delivering regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Establish HR data governance standards, monitor data quality across systems, and support HR technology initiatives while mentoring junior analysts and fostering HR analytics capability within the organization

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of the HR analytics, workforce planning experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM or any SAP data structures and integration points

  • Proficiency in data extraction, modeling and transformation (SQL preferred)

  • Advanced analytics and visualization skills (Power BI knowledge would be an advantage)

  • Solid understanding of HR processes

  • Experience with data governance, GDPR and data management across multi-country environment

  • Basic understanding of ESG reporting

  • Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendation for leadership, local or global HR managers, HRBPs, COEs

  • Fluent English on proficient level
