We are looking for

Sr. Engineer - QMS

at one of our locations in

One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Ensure all Quality policies, SOP, procedures, and work instructions are documented. Maintain all key area SOP and flow charts.

• Make PowerPoint presentations for monthly management quality review meetings

• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from local & global quality concerns

• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer’s requirements and audits

• Train others of team in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.

• Carry out regular internal and process audits of the QMS and circulate report to management.

• Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found. Verify closure of non-conformities.

• Ensure all Quality policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner.

• Responsible for continuous up-gradation of QMS for better control and compliance.

• Compilation of all KPIs and reporting to the management team on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement

• Handle audits of customers, certifying agency & Global QMS team

• Detail knowledge of 8D, LPA, CSR, CQI as per AIAG

• Must possess ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently. ▪ Should be skilled at written & verbal communication

experience in Quality Management / QMS / QA-QC in a manufacturing environment > 9 years

experience in QMS implementation, audits, and documentation 3-5 years

Area / Main subject:

• Electronics/Mechanical Engineering

• Certified Internal auditor for IATF16949 & EMS

• Extensive knowledge on Core tools & VDA 6.3 Process

Impact / KPI of the Position

• % of SOPs, procedures, and work instructions updated and maintained

• Number of internal/process audits completed on schedule

• % of non-conformities closed on time

• Number of lessons learned implemented / QMS improvements

• Audit findings from customers, certifying agencies, and global QMS

• Timely submission of management reports & KPI dashboards

• Team trained on QMS procedures & systems

Principal activities

• Lead QMS activity in the plant for internal & external customer ( IATF 16949, EMS & VDA 6.3)

• Ensure effective Implementation of Voltaira Quality management systems
