We are looking for a Methods & Industrialization Project Engineer (M/F) at our location in tMasevaux (68290) in France.

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative automotive environment:

• Create and update technical data in the ERP system (routing sheets, bills of materials).

• Draft and update technical documentation (work instructions, process flow diagrams, flowchart, etc.).

• Define and plan the resources required for project execution.

• Manage workstation layout and material flows using AutoCAD.

• Support the execution of pre-series and the launch of industrialization.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (ergonomics, productivity, quality).

• Provide technical support to production teams.

• Lead technical changes following customer requests (change management).

• Integrate quality requirements and ensure PPAP validation.

• Ensure cross-functional communication with all relevant departments throughout the project.

• Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Industrial Methods, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment

• Technical skills: Proeficiency with ERP systems, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite

• Continuous improvment: Knowledge of Industrialization, project management, and continuous improvment tools

• Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset

• Collaboration: Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Problem-solving: Proactive, sloution-oriented mindset

• Language: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proeficiency in technical English is also required
