We are looking for

Customer Quality Engineer

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

  • Education: Industrial Engineering or related

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Advanced English.

Your tasks:

  • Lead activities related to achieving customer quality objectives.

  • Identify gaps in quality processes before, during, and after process implementation.

  • Identify, promote, and implement best quality practices for all customers.

  • Organize and support customer quality-related visits and audits.

  • Thoroughly evaluate all customer returns and notifications and determine root causes, in conjunction with the assigned Customer Functional Team (CFT).

  • Conduct customer visits.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up on customer issues/concerns, thorough root cause analysis, and comprehensive feedback.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement/corrective action activities for quality-related processes and ensure the correct application of quality tools and quality expertise.

  • Enter all requested quality data into the customer portal or respond to customer requests.

  • Advise and be the expert on the use of specific customer requirements.
