We are looking for

ESG Analyst/Assistant (global)

at our locations in APAC region - in India (Pune)

Your tasks:

• Data collection in coordination with country ESG representatives

• Support data entry and upload documents (invoices and supporting evidence) to the online platform of Shareholders

• Check the data entries with the invoices & make the validation for accurate reporting

• Enter the data of countries in ESG file: Scorecard, GHG Inventory sheet, and others monthly reporting sheets

• Support preparation of monthly reports, graphs, and presentation

• Tracking data collection from countries and global functions

• Deals with advance excel, data interpretation and making reports, advance power point knowledge etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science/ environmental engineering is preferred

• Experience with data handling (e.g.: Excel, VBA)

• Min. 2 years of experience in working with data and analyzing

• Being able to visualize data

• English working proficiency

• Experience in automotive industry is an advantage

• Good communication skills
