We are looking for

Global Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Pfullingen)

Your tasks:

The purpose of the role is to drive the operational execution of a global transformation program, ensuring value capture and measurable business impact across key value streams. You will act as the central coordinator between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, translating strategy into actionable initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery.

• Responsible for the operational end-to-end steering of the transformation

• Coordinates across all value streams and ensures alignment, focus, and progress

• Functional Leadership of the TO-Member

• Leads the TO-Team Meetings

• Drives risk management, execution discipline, and priorization

• Acts as the central interface across functions (Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR & Finance)

• Ensures a consistent storyline and prepares weekly decision needs

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are considered a plus.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in: Transformation / restructuring / performance improvement programs.

  • Project or Program Management in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Proven track record in driving value capture or cost optimization initiatives

  • Experience working in multicultural and global organizations

  • Experience in manufacturing environment is strongly preferred and Automotive industry exposure is beneficial but not mandatory

• Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Ability to navigate political and complex organizational environments

  • High level of accountability and ownership

  • Ability to challenge external partners (e.g., consulting firms) constructively

• Languages: English – mandatory (fluent). German – nice to have

• Readness to the limited travelling (mainly Europe, occasional global exposure)
