We are looking for
Logistics- Executive
at one of our locations in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
Store Functions:
1)Manage Over all FG warehouse activities including FG Material Receipt from Production, Labeling, Material Storage, Inventory management, MIS, and Inventory Audit.
2)Timely complete all system entries after each physical movement done in the FG warehouse.
3)Timely close all Material discrepancies in the warehouse.
5)FIFO, Shelf-life monitoring, and preservation
6)Preparations and fulfilments of all records for IATF, EMS & customer Audits.
7)Review daily Cycle Count reports & update the results in system. Verify reasons of difference in cycle count.
8)Monthly Inventory check and ensure 100% match the Inventory as per system record.
9)Packaging proposal and finalization for new projects.
10)Participating in problem solving techniques Ex.8D, WHY-WHY.
Logistics & SAP Functions:
1) Manpower planning for vehicles loading & unloading.
2)Co-ordination with Sales & finance for Invoicing & making arrangements for required documents/ form for dispatches.
3)Co-ordination with Production & Quality team for the on-time availability of FG material for the customer deliveries.
4) Monitoring daily Rejection disposals- Reverse Logistics (Bin Logistics), On time Transport freight bills clearance.
5)Co-ordination with Outsourced Agency and Overseas Voltaira SAP team for system related issues.
6)Responsible for 100% correct dispatches to the customers.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, B.Sc.) with Diploma/MBA in Material Management OR
Engineering Diploma/BE with Diploma/MBA in Material Management
Knowledge of documents required for Material dispatches.
Experience in SAP MM/ WM/ SD module (Mandatory)
Communication skills to handle customers & transport vendors.
Inventory level monitoring skills
6-7 Years of experience in stores & logistics department in the Automotive manufacturing industries.
