Ordering Manager

The One Mobility Group (FIT Voltaira) (formerly Prettl SWH), headquartered in Pfullingen, Germany, develops, produces and sells complex cable solutions for the international automotive industry. Key applications include electromobility, active and passive safety, driver assistance systems, engine and powertrain as well as emission reduction and fuel efficiency. Ordering Manager

at Anyang-si, near Seoul

Key Responsibilities

• Material Planning :

  • Develop short-term and mid/long-term material supply plans based on MRP requirements.

  • Monitor and forecast material shortages and excess inventory.

  • Manage safety stock levels to ensure supply continuity.

  • Analyze demand fluctuations and adjust material plans accordingly. 

• Inventory Management :

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs

  • Monitor and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory

  • Improve inventory turnover and inventory accuracy

  • Control and analyze month-end inventory status and variances

• Supplier Management

  • Evaluate supplier capacity and material availability

  • Identify and mitigate supply risks

  • Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance

  • Share demand forecasts and collaborate with suppliers to secure material supply

• Production support

  • Assess material impact resulting from production schedule changes

  • Proactively prevent material shortages and production disruptions

  • Prioritize and manage critical shortage materials

  • Support production teams in resolving material-related issues

• Procurement Coordination

  • Monitor supplier delivery schedules and purchase order status

  • Escalate delivery issues and implement corrective actions

  • Coordinate emergency procurement activities to avoid production interruptions

  • Follow up on critical material orders and expedite deliveries when required

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

  • Major in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management (preferred)

• Language:

  • Native Korean (required)

  • Business English (required)

• Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales SCM in a manufacturing company (required)

  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP/MRA (required)

  • 3-5 years of experience in SCM team in an automotive company (preferred)
