We are looking for a

Procurement Project Management Coordinator (Team Lead)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - Hungary (Budaörs) or Germany (Reutlingen)

Your tasks:

• Leading and coordinating PPM activities across all regions, supporting both OEM or Tier 1 customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, including:

  •          New business acquisition and RFQ management

  •          Project industrialization and launch activities

  •          Serial production support and performance management

  •          Cross-regional procurement project coordination

  •          Escalation management and stakeholder alignment

• Functional leadership of up to 9 global PPMs

• Project portfolio and resource steering across regions

• Prioritization of RFQs, customer projects, and procurement activities

• Target deployment and performance management

• Escalation and risk management

• Leadership of project reviews and governance processes

• Interface between management, project teams, suppliers, and customers

• Support execution of procurement and business strategy

• Alignment and coordination across global OEM and Tier 1 customer programs

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent education/background

• Fluent English (German is nice to have)

• 3-5 years experience in Team Lead role

• Experience in automotive industry

• Accountability

• Proactive personality
