We are looking for

Quality Engineer

at one of our locations in China, Taicang

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Participant the technical review and development of new project.

• leader Internal / customer audit of new project.

• PPAP submission to customer.

• Nonconformity management and improvement monitor.

• Fast response and disposal of customer claim.

• Failure parts analysis

• Product audit.

• Participant the internal quality system/process audits/layer audit

• Create the quality documents.

• Conduct lesson learnt of the new project development quality problem.

• Identify the processes in the operations that have potential risks to product quality and make continuous improvement.

• Participate in quality activities(IATF16949) and CIP activities.

• Participate in EHS activities (14001&45001), eg. identifying and evaluating environmental and hazard factors, control environmental factors may related to reduce waste and save energy.

• Familiar with requirement of IATF16949

• Familiar with AIAG tools (APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP).

• Be qualified to conduct the VDA6.3&6.5 audit.

• Be able to use 8D report，5Why analysis method etc.

• Junior College or above

• 1 years or above in automotive industry as Quality Engineer
