We are looking for

Quality Engineer

at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

• Keep the plant informed about the customer claims and internal claims

• Ensure the application of the control plan and the quality system in the manufacturing process

• Management and follow-up of Quality teams duties in shopfloor

• Analyze the daily quality performance result and implement the needed actions plans action plans

• Approval of Quality team extra hours (in shopfloor)

• Ensure the respect of the 5S rules for the Quality desks and workstations in the shopfloor

• Define and follow up the quality engagements

• Ensure the regular audits

• Lead and participate quality improvements meetings

• Control if the instruction on the workstations is relevant and if the visual aids are in good conditions

• Respect the rules of hygiene and security according to the seven key elements

• Inform quality project engineer with issues that could impact their projects (deviation request)

• Stop the production in case there is a risk on the product or on the delivery plan

• Stop the shipment if the product is suspected to be defective or the shipment have a risk to be claimed by customer

• Start the internal sorting in case of a defective product

• Judge a product OK or NOK based on the criteria of each customer

• Minimum: Bac+5 (double course, technical supplemented by a specific quality training)

• Knowledge of the concepts, tools and methods of quality management

• Control of guidelines, procedures (internal, external) and client specifications.

• 3 years’ experience in the automotive wiring suitable

• Bilingual: French Advanced level /English professional usage
