We are looking for

Supplier Quality Manager

at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City)

Your tasks:

• Built up all work instructions and standard in work area.

• Monitoring activities of incoming: cycle time, works load, productivities, and efficiency.

• Transfer and instruct to employees all company policy and connect to BOM to demonstrate employees’ suggestion.

• Implement supplier audit.

• Monitoring supplier performance

• Monitoring supplier change: try out & approve.

• Review and approve for supplier PPAP.

• Monitoring nonconformity parts and make plan to solve issue as containment action & corrective action.

• Implement and monitoring physical inventory in work area.

• Built up KPI in teams and follow assessment regular. Ensure all activities are followed.

• Review procedure and update or revise content to match with performance and quality policy.

• Cooperate with other team to connect all activities smoothy especial: Warehouse, SCM, Production…

• Review and deploy lesson learnt from other factory to work area.

• Deploy and implement all systems apply to work activities as IQS, MSA, 14Q, …

• Monitory quality system and all tasks relate such as system audit internal/external, improvement procedure and activities to match with performance.

• Review all supplier report before providing to customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree prefers technical or have experiences in relate fields.

• Certified internal auditor of VDA6.3 and/or IATF16949

• Deep knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, etc.)

• Good communication skills

• Business fluent in English
